Sean Victor Hum

Sean Victor Hum is a Professor in the Edward S. Rogers Sr. Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at the University of Toronto. He leads the RADIANCE laboratory and conducts research in advanced electromagnetic surfaces, reconfigurable antennas, and antennas for space applications. Hum was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and received his BSc, MSc, and PhD degrees from the University of Calgary in 1999, 2001, and 2006, respectively. From 1997–2006, he worked with TRLabs on wireless and radio-over-fibre projects. He is also a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) since 1995 and the International Union of Radio Science (URSI) since 2007.

Sean Victor Hum is a researcher at the University of Toronto specializing in the design and development of advanced antenna systems.
