Dr Kirill Koshelev is a Research Fellow at The Australian National University, Department of PHY. His research focuses on theoretical and numerical models for cross-field applications of optics and photonics, including nonlinear optics and chiral photonics. Dr Koshelev has authored over 40 peer-reviewed papers with more than 9000 citations. He has received several awards, including the 2025 Young Innovator Award by Advanced Photonics of SPIE and CLP, the 2025 ARC DP DECRA "Chiral photonics with resonant meta-structures," and the 2023 Bragg Gold Medal For Excellence In Physics by the Australian Institute of Physics.
